This is an awesome service. The provider at Divanmed that helped me with the process of completing the application for my handicap plates was not only very professional, but he was also prompt and courteous. My experience could not have been better.
Very professional very responsive super quick turn around time
Needed assistance to get my handicap DMV placard paperwork filled out as my primary physician with the VA apparently "doesn't do those". Unfortunately the doctor from Divianmed wasn't specialized in my primary condition that I was requesting it for and was hesitant to sign off based on that condition alone (while inconvenient, this actually made me feel really good that he wasn't a rubber stamp kind of guy and took his job seriously). But he then asked for more of my medical history / other eligible conditions and various medical records and after reviewing everything he was ultimately able to sign off on the form. I would use the service again as it was efficient and the doctor responded quickly, seemed very ethical, and was super helpful.

This company charges you $159 for a form you can get for free from your doctor. There is no handicap sticker, it’s a scam
This was super easy and I got my Disabled Parking Permit from the Texas DMV with no questions asked. All the paperwork was prefilled out and included the prescription for the parking.

I never need anyone to kiss my behind or baby me, but I always appreciate simple courtesy and professionalism. That's what I got from Divanmed. They answered all of my correspondence in a timely fashion, usually in less than a couple of hours via email. They were direct, easy, fast, respectful, clear and concise. Even if you hear something that you may not want to hear, it's hard to argue with that attention to service.
Easy to get the information I needed
This process was very quick and I received a completed application and a prescription for a handicap placard within a week. I submitted the application in person to our county office but had no issues. Have your medical records handy (in a pdf) and it will go quickly.
