This is the place!!! Totally awesome..... I needed a placard for disability....... I sent them my information and they sent me the signed DMV form.... super fast service...... I highly recommend them.

The concept, forms and initial process is very good, however upon receipt there are no instructions on what to do to physically to receive the Placards. Do we mail the form to the State of Nevada? Are we required to make an appointment at our local DMV? Can we finish the process on line? I was under the impression that we would by-pass the agony of dealing with the DMV.
I did everything and paid money. Sent application in over a month ago and I have not received anything. I'm thinking you all just take people's money.

I was having trouble getting my handicap placard locally because I couldn't get a doctor's appointment before I wanted to leave on vacation. So I applied to DrHandicap and they took care of it in no time flat. Between them and our state MVD I already have my placard! I'm impressed!

Wow someone has to do something about this and report these criminals to the BBB! It’s not cool how they prey on us handicapped individuals to make money when indeed you can just go to your physician or doctor to get a prescription to take to the DMV and fill out the form free of charge. On top of this monstrous act, they had the nerve to send me a regular sheet of paper with a “signed physician that you can’t even Google this physician” I went to the DMV and they said my friend you got scammed go to “your” doctor! But lessoned learned here I hope this review helps others from not making the same mistake of me spending $159 dollars for something you can do for free.
I personally had a great experience. I have been suffering from arthritis for 3 years now and it recently spread to my feet. Between the arthritis, an upcoming surgery in October 2022, and having stress fractures in my feet, walking has become a challenge. I rarely leave the house, I order my groceries online, but do need to drive my son to and from school, as well as attend his golf tournaments. Some of his tournaments require you to walk the equivalent of 5 miles since they do not provide carts to spectator. Due to my health, I am unable to do this, and because I do not want to disclose my health information at every golf course, I decided to use Divan Medical's service. I am so glad I did and that they provide this service. I am hoping my health will improve by the time my tag expires, but if not, I will certainly use their service again.
Highly recommend especially if you’re a veteran.

I highly recommend this service. I needed to get my handicap placard renewed in a timely manner while I was in between doctors, and searching for a new provider. The doctor assigned to my case was thorough and caring, and quick/efficient as we exchanged emails with info and records, etc. Within just a few short hours, my renewal was approved by him, and I received my paperwork in less than a week. I am 100% satisfied.
I couldn't believe how quick and easy the whole process is. I highly recommend Divanmed.
The information is worthless. We have asked for a refund because the information they gave us is not recognized in the state of Minnesota. It is unusable and worthless.
