This company will take your order and money and they will mark it as complete, while it sits for weeks waiting for a carrier to actually pick it up and deliver it. It was marked complete by them a week ago. Today I reached out and got the same crappy and canned customer service responses that my husband warned me about and that has been commented on below. The carrier has 14 days to pick up the product for delivery once they complete their week's worth of picking. They can't revise or refund until after that 14th day. Luckily, I am not short on cash so can wait, but if I were still paycheck to paycheck and out of juice, I'd be steaming angry right now. They are simply holding money that doesn't belong to them. They provide a canned legal PACT enacted by Feds in Oct of '21, but all they have to do is apply to be able to ship with other carriers. Complete BS. UPDATE TWO WEEKS LATER - STILL NO MOVEMENT AND NO ONE WILL ASSIST ME TO GET A REFUND! I'M TURNING THEM INTO THE BBB

I have to say I was worried do to all of the negative reviews. I used to use Direct Vapor all the time before the delivery method changed and it was always worry fee and fantastic. Anyways I placed an order on September 18th 20222 for some Freemax coils, Smok coils, and A new Voopoo TOO POD Tank kit. It took over a week for it to say my order is ready to be picked up. And on day 8 or so I got a tracking number but got no updates. Still happy to say it arrived on September 30th.I had my phone set for text updates but didn't get any updates and didn't even know it was delivered. With all the extra shipping costs even when they say it's free shipping if you spend believe $65.00 you still have to pay for a signature. I still gave 4 stars because within 12 days it arrived and I'm stoked knowing I can place orders from them again but took one star away because I had no idea if and when I was going to receive it. I'm hoping this will continue on my next order then possibly I'll give them 5 stars for staying in business and doing everything they can to get us our vape needs a a little bit smaller discount then vape shops due to the expensive shipping.
My go to site for all things vape! You just can't beat the selection and price. And right to your door? What else can you ask for?

Unfortunatly, I still don't have my order. I placed the order on September 6th. After days of the tracking saying it was out for delivery, I reached out. I was asked to have patience. A week later, I reached out again and am told it is being looked into but it can take 3-5 business days. I find this to be extremely poor customer service. It should not take this long for an order or an answer.
It was great, but when I tried to press my order I had trouble because there were no nearby stores. I wished the website would tell me an error occurred and it would point out the problem.
Took me forever to make order and with no discount! Last time I ordered in July it took several weeks for delivery. Not a happy camper. May seek other options for products.
