I was happy with everything except for the fact that you waited until the absolute very last second to let me know that it's now illegal to ship any vape stuff through the mail and that I would have to drive 30 miles to pick this stuff up from a business. Not the end of the world or a deal breaker, but frustrating none the less.

Terrible shipping. I have been waiting 6 business days for the order to still be "Packing". I submitted a ticket requesting a refund and they updated my shipping status to "waiting for carrier pick-up" and ignored my ticket. I have now submitted a 2nd ticket requesting a refund once again. I can almost guarantee that will also be ignored.
Order was still "Pending Shipment" after 10 business days passed. I contacted via telephone and was informed the order could not be delivered due to no carrier being available in my area. Please proactively inform persons who purchase your goods of how you will be unable to fulfill the transaction as soon as you become aware of this, rather than forcing them to wait 10-14 business days as per your promised delivery duration. I was highly inconvenienced by this ordeal as I was eagerly waiting for a package that would never be delivered, taking taking time out of my work day to contact you via telephone to obtain a refund for the non-deliverable goods. If I had forgotten, I imagine you would have kept my money - despite no possibility of delivery...?

I always buy my coils and vape Mods from direct vapor. They are cheaper than the competitors and ship quickly.
I placed an order for a starter kit with Direct Vapour several weeks ago. The package was promised in 3 to 8 business days. The company is based a single state away, and failed to even ship the item for 5 days. The tracking system they have set up is a joke. It doesn't tell you where the package is at all, just tells you if it shipped, is sitting at a hub, or is out for delivery. My package has apparently been sitting at a hub, for more then a week. As someone who works in the trucking industry, I'm certain thier are no more then 2 hubs between me and the shipper, and feel it most likely that they never even sent the package.
