Poor customer service
Unfortunatly, I still don't have my order. I placed the order on September 6th. After days of the tracking saying it was out for delivery, I reached out. I was asked to have patience. A week later, I reached out again and am told it is being looked into but it can take 3-5 business days. I find this to be extremely poor customer service. It should not take this long for an order or an answer.
