Good selection and price, they make it good if there is a mistake. Delivery takes longer than it used to but its not their fault.

Update 10/10: Direct Vapor replied as I can view their reply below but I have not received a single update via email or through their website on any kind of tracking info. I used a universal tracking website and found that my package is coming from their shipping center in City of Industry, CA and says “SHIPMENT DATA RECEIVED - PENDING GLS RECEIPT SCAN” Per Direct Vapor’s reply, they’re saying that it’s currently in Missouri. Based on the only tracking number I’ve been given, this is not the case. Please provide me with an updated tracking number so I’m able to view the movement of the order. I pulled this line directly from your websites terms and conditions: “We boast a super fast turnaround time, and like to process orders in a jiffy. Same-day shipping on orders placed by 12PM Eastern.” This is 100% false. On top of all of this, your return policy states that we have 15 days from the time of purchase to return any items with a manufacturers defect which will be impossible to do because I’ll be out of that return window by the time my package shows up. Your policy states that all items are covered if they’re shipped by USPS which infers that my shipment was shipped via USPS because it is a domestic order. What’s funny is your reply states that USPS can no longer ship vape products because of the PACT act which I know isn’t true as I’ve only received my vape related products via USPS. I can’t help but feel completely lied to. My order was placed on the morning of Oct. 3rd and I haven’t received a single update via email or my account regarding my order. 10/7: I’ve had an order placed for almost one week and what little tracking I’m able to view only says “awaiting carrier pick up.” When you click on the tracking number, it takes you to a Chinese website and user access from the United States is blocked. Seems a bit sketchy. Why does it take a week to get items shipped out? I won’t be ordering from direct vapor again and if the order doesn’t ship out by Monday, I’m calling my credit card company

Still have not received my previous order. Shipping is terrible.

Always promise free shipping, free signature, or something free...but NEVER come thru! The ONLY way to get free ANYTHING is to hit the $65 total but u still get hit with the signature fee and tax!!! EVERYTIME!!!!!!

The site was just functioning extrememly slow. Refreshing the window was slow, each time i made a change to the cart was slow.
