This is the 2nd time I have been waiting for a month for something that should arrive within 15 days at worst. On top of this, there is no way to contact Direct Vapor regarding this except for a physical mailing address. Feeling at the mercy of a company that cares only about your payment and not delivering a product is the worst.

The excess charges are ridiculous. I actually used to like vaping, just as I used to like filling up my gas tank and having a Commander in Chief, in general. Now, I know it isn't Direct Vapor's fault, except for the final charges being a little sneaky when the page refreshes (went from about $32 to $45 without me realizing it until I had already made `the purchase), but the goon in office right now has found just about every way to p!$$ me off. I guess it's just a way of life for me now. I mean, what can you do, right? In the words of Mighty Joe Biden, "We used to have tofu out on the lawn. Me, and the others, and... It doesn't make sense to punch the toaster. That's why you have to parry your attackers... Where am I?" FJB, that is all...

My order has been "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" for 5 days now. There is no contact information to get ahold of them to check on the order. They have a "14 day returns policy" that will clearly be out of range of whenever I do receive my order. I do not expect the order to ship at this point since the order status is clearly a lie. If I don't receive an update within 12 days of order I will file a dispute with my credit card..
