Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

This is our second time using Dino decking, great product, easy ordering and quick delivery. Delivery customer service was great with a call the day before from Andrew to keep us informed on delivery times and confirm location details. Would recommend product and service to anyone.

Sample pack arrived quickly and includes good range of samples plus glossy brochure which has prices of full range. Plenty of information to price up your job. I will be ordering from Dino next week.

Great quality We decided to update and enlarge our all patio with a nice deck, and we couldn’t have chosen butter product. We purchased the composite decking mocha the hidden fasteners (that made the work so beautiful and easy) and the bullnose edge that give a beautiful and smart finish to the deck. Delivery was fast and the delivery guy really friendly. I will recommend it 100%

I have ordered decking from them previously so ordered for a second time as no problems with my first order. On the second order there wasn’t a problem with ordering or delivery both were carried out swiftly, delivered within 4 days. When I started installing the decking I had to cut the first board as it was a tight awkward position but when I came to install the second board I noticed the first board was much lighter. I emailed support@dinodecking with a picture and explanation but they stated that I should have checked that the delivery was undamaged and correct. I responded that I did check for damage and that the contents matched my order but this significant shade difference could not be noticed until decking was installed. I have now been left without a response to my last email to support@dinodecking, which makes me think that they have finished with me, problem solved - no not really. You only find out how good a company is when you have a problem and need to contact their support department.

Awful experience, firstly website states “in stock”. Ordered panels 5th May, received email from Dino Decking that delivery taking place Thursday 9th, took an unpaid day off work for delivery, not delivered on this date, emailed company, no response. Telephoned today and now advising 15th July for delivery. Absolutely shocking customer service.
