Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

When my composite decking was being unloaded I noticed it looked grubby, the delivery guy said it’s stored outside, it will be fine once it’s cleaned, I passed this onto the guy laying the decking, he also said it will be ok once it’s cleaned, 10 days on after being cleaned & rained on for many of those days, it’s still as grubby.

Every thing was delivered when said it would be. A few weredamaged but were replaced with out any problem's and swiftly so no hold ups to the project. Fixings worked well fitting instructions easy to follow.

I ordered my products and they were with me within 24hrs. The delivery driver was at my property at 6am. Good job I was up. Not a problem for me the driver was a very nice guy. Let him know please. Nothing was any trouble for him. Really excellent service
