Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

The service received was first class. Firstly, two sets of samples were sent out quickly and hassle free. The follow up with an option of a no obligation quote was quick, but when received I didn’t get hassled with follow up emails badgering me which I hate receiving. A special mention for the delivery driver. Unfortunately haven’t got a name. My wife took delivery and he couldn’t of been more helpful putting all of the order in the garage for us, even though he could of left on curbside . Lastly the products received were first class and a great price. We had samples off many companies but dino decking came out on top. The service with delivery of samples and customer service had a big say on this.

Fantastic Service, friend driver and delivery period that beats Amazon.. Order placed Mid afternoon on Wednesday and the driver was at my address 8:00am the following morning... That's service... The quality of the product matches this, so all round really happy and look forward to installing the weekend. A*+

Very Happy with the products that were ordered. Quality is good and there were no boards damaged etc. All components worked well and were as advertised. Clips for the decking worked well and were easy to install. We had a couple of items (Rubber Base Pads) missing off of our orders when originally delivered. However this was dealt with promptly by the customer service team and were delivered next day at no extra expense. The end results were excellent and the decking looks well.

I recently requested some sample products in both colour options for Fencing and Decking and I am mega impressed with the quality of the product. The speed and packaging/presentation of the sample materials is excellent, supplied in substantial sizes so the product could truly be evaluated for colour, grain and substance. Still considering my options for my project. A little spoilt for choice by the wonderful contrast and colour combinations

Initially staff were extremely helpful & quickly sent a sample pack & then helped with ordering & delivery date. Became somewhat complicated when I needed to change the delivery date which was then compounded by some of the items being out of stock, despite the website showing their availability. The new delivery date was not correctly inputted, so I had to chase this up twice.

Super quick delivery, ordered on the Monday all decking arrived the next day at 8am. Lovely delivery driver unloaded it with my son to where I wanted it. Fencing on delayed delivery but notified of this and given an ETA. Great quality very pleased with it all x
