Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

The company were exceptionally prompt with my request for a Sample Pack. Their product feel's and looks to be of very good quality material. Follow-up from them has also been of great value. Although this company will greatly assist you with making a correct order -> so you purchase only what you need <-, the unfortunate part is that you either then have to fit the product yourself or via your own found, 3rd party tradesperson (most of which want to supply you themselves too, so 'Supply & Fit') as 'DINO' do not offer nor suggest any accredited fitting company/installer for their product range.

Sample pack received in a few days, complete with a brochure and price information. I was impressed with the quality and finish of the boards. I can now work out a price for my particular needs which is to replace the boards only.

so far so very good very. pleased driver was very helpful. Purchased premium boards only thing I would have liked better information on delivery date . driver did ring before he got to mine which was helpful I could make sure he had a parking area. materials came on long pallet only issue was as 4 boards had mark from pallet nails not a problem as used them on short cuts , there should have put a protector on pallet. 6mm clamps could be modify when framing area i cut clamp at front so it held both side boards and the cross board it was butting against to make a level and smooth transition.apart from this everything went very well. Suggest when sub frame is down you lay boards down to acclimatise makes an easier job also use a floor strap clamp because being plastic composite they can warp a bit . anti slip is excellent I tried my best in heavy rain to slip slide not sure on frost yet but will have to wait and see. A word to the wise get your sub framing right 300mm centres and all board joints to centre joists this product does expand 6mm in heat.

very quick delivery and good service which really helped our customer out massively. one small criticism is that they don't do accounts? not even for a company with 130 branches nationwide.
