Second order
I have ordered decking from them previously so ordered for a second time as no problems with my first order. On the second order there wasn’t a problem with ordering or delivery both were carried out swiftly, delivered within 4 days. When I started installing the decking I had to cut the first board as it was a tight awkward position but when I came to install the second board I noticed the first board was much lighter. I emailed support@dinodecking with a picture and explanation but they stated that I should have checked that the delivery was undamaged and correct. I responded that I did check for damage and that the contents matched my order but this significant shade difference could not be noticed until decking was installed. I have now been left without a response to my last email to support@dinodecking, which makes me think that they have finished with me, problem solved - no not really. You only find out how good a company is when you have a problem and need to contact their support department.
