Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

When you search states free delivery and it wasn’t, it was £30. 4 of 6 decking edging trims are cracked. Tried to use anyway as didn’t want to pay to return and then pay another £30 for replacements. Terrible product. Split cracked at every opportunity. I will not buy from them again.

Samples were well presented in the box along with the brochure, and they arrived within a couple of days. Decking quality looks to be good, and I will be ordering some soon. Great service from Dino Decking.

The service I received was fantastic. I had a question after I had placed my order on line and the man I spoke to was polite and very helpful. Peter who delivered my fencing was lovely. He bought it through my garage to my back garden without having to be asked and was friendly and polite. I will definitely be ordering my decking from them later in the year.
