Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Great product, fast delivery. Ordered the fencing which was delivered last week on time with a great delivery driver, installed the product today with the help of a friend, was nice and sturdy and looks great, I would recommend this company and will be using in the future. Only think i would like to see is the panels wrapped to protect during transit to avoid damage, one panel had small mark which i put on outerside. Thanks Dino

I recently ordered a sample pack of Dino's Garden products with a focus on fencing. Free sample pack with free delivery, communication was great, tracked delivery arrived on time, comprehensive sample pack, enabling me to examine the quality of the items, should I choose to order in the future - so far very impressed with both customer service and products.

I liked that that delivered promptly. There delivery staff were friendly and helpful. I disliked the fact that their website is not easy to order from and easy to make a mistake purchased so I also disliked that when you personally return something and make another order over £1000 they still charged you 10% restocking fee which is not very good customer service when the returned items were few in number but large in price.
