Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Fantastic communication, a swift service and attentive staff made the entire experience a pleasure. Delivery driver was prompt, communicated well and was incredibly helpful and respectful of our neighbours. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to use Dino Decking.

The sample pack of decking arrived in good packing and well presented the 6 colour options of the decking board. Each sample showed the groove effect as well as the wood effect. The boards appear to be very well made and strong. Now to get an installation quote as I am impressed so far.

Literally can’t knock this company. I’ve spent well over £2k (and have another £1k to go) in two orders and both times they were brilliant. Called up as this was the first time I’ve used composite decking and they were polite, super helpful and efficient. Delivery driver was early (somewhat too early 7am haha). Second driver was even better, acknowledged that I had to take down some steps on my own from the kerbside delivery and offered to help me. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of buying composite. I’ve looked and shopped around, for the price Dino are perfect. They sent free samples that arrived pretty much the next day, which was super helpful when you need to make a quick decision. Keep doing what you’re doing, Dino! As we say in Bristol, proper job!
