Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I placed an order for some decking trim on Monday 14th April. This order was for £39.95 with an additional £30 for delivery 2-3 days. The amount of £69.95 was removed from my account that day. I had not received the delivery by the Sat 19th April where I emailed the company to raise my concern. A new date of Tuesday 22nd April was provided. On Wednesday 23rd April I still had no delivery, to be told the matter was with parcel force and simply given a tracking number for me to pursue! The delivery arrived in the afternoon of Thursday 24th April, some 8 days late. I requested compensation (i.e. the refund of the delivery fee). This was refused.

Received a phone call the night before from Andy letting me know delivery time. Turned up on time & was very helpful in getting his vehicle as close to our drop off spot without any issues. Nothing was a problem to Andy. All products were great. Really happy with Dino Decking..5*

Really dissapointed. After 3 years of what originally looked good when fitted, now have several warped boards and 4 cracked boards. When its hot (and bare in mind how 'hot' the UK gets) the boards expand and contract so much that they can't handle the hot and cold. We paid over £3000 for these, £5000 for the whole garden in total to be done. Emailed customer service and their 'guarantee' is an absolute joke. They wanted photos of everything and info on how the decking was fitted, info about the centre of the joists and distances, butt joints and how the decking ended. This information I do not have, all was fitted by a very reputable builder and landscape gardener and I don't have photos of every part of the frame they built and the work they did obviously. This company are happy to take thousands of pounds off you, but when it comes to sorting out issues after, they couldn't care less. I am so, so dissapointed and wish I had gone with cheap wooden boards from B&Q and saved myself a fortune. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Can not fault this company at all from start to finish. Sample pieces arrived very quickly. Order made on line and delivered two days later. Informed of delivery date and driver rang once half an hour away (unfortunately they can not provide a delivery time slot but we were advised about this from the very start on delivery date information). Driver extremely polite. We needed to obtain a couple more bits as we did not have quite enough (be aware that delivery cost can be very expensive and unfortunately you do need to pay this £120.00, additional order was under £100.00. However as we were getting to the last boards that we had we noticed some imperfections. Sarah at customer service sorted this out straight away delivery again came two days later and due the the damaged boards there was no delivery charge and the swap collection was completed the same time as the delivery. Again the delivery driver was extremely polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend this company for efficiently, politeness, and good products so pleased with how this all looks
