Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I received my product pack and booklet. Arrived within 2 days of requesting, the fence panels look excellent quality and colour. I’m not currently ready to order, but see no reason why I won’t use Dino decking when I’m ready to purchase.

After placing the order the goods were despatched within a week. Good friendly delivery and early in the day, 180 miles to Wigan on a Friday. The decking is quite soft and the screws for the clips don’t have much purchase. The boards can slide so if you want a neat edge where the ends of the boards are visible use starter clips to anchor the boards. The final result looks good and happy with the result at present.

As we were going out and knowing we wouldn't be in for the delivery, Dino deckings delivery driver Richard kept us informed of when he would be able to deliver, he took photos and sent us where he had put them! I fully recommend this company! Very pleased with the service!
