Don't expect your delivery on time!
I placed an order for some decking trim on Monday 14th April. This order was for £39.95 with an additional £30 for delivery 2-3 days. The amount of £69.95 was removed from my account that day. I had not received the delivery by the Sat 19th April where I emailed the company to raise my concern. A new date of Tuesday 22nd April was provided. On Wednesday 23rd April I still had no delivery, to be told the matter was with parcel force and simply given a tracking number for me to pursue! The delivery arrived in the afternoon of Thursday 24th April, some 8 days late. I requested compensation (i.e. the refund of the delivery fee). This was refused.
