Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

We purchased Dino Decking after receiving samples. We spent over £5,500.00 as it was a large area. My husband who is a builder so knows what he is doing installed the decking. Looked great for the first year then started noticing that some of the boards were dishing, expanding and contracting as they cannot handle the heat which makes them completely obsolete as we only get occasional heatwaves in the U.K. Then in year 2/3 the boards started lifting having broken out of the clips as the clips are not fit for purpose. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT BUY yes it looks great to start with but even when fitted correctly to the T it’s still not fit for purpose and for the price you’d be better off with wooden decking it would last longer!
