Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I ordered a decking sample pack from Dino Decking really just to see what their quality was like. Seeing products online is one thing but actually being able to look at them, feeling them in your hands is another. The pack did take longer than expected to arrive, but I shouldn't moan too much as it was free delivery. On arrival I was very surprised at the sheer weight of the package, not what I was expecting at all. If their samples weigh this much then their actual products must be exceptional, and on opening the package this was confirmed. You could tell just by looking at the samples, the quality is obvious, the design, the thickness of the material and the finish were 10/10. The included brochure was a nice touch also. If, or should I when I get around to creating my deck then Dino Decking will be at the top of my list of go to suppliers.

We ordered decking and realised we were a few planks short. We made a second order and they delivered the same week. The delivery driver (Andrew) was amazing. He called the day before to conform approx. delivery time. We have very limited access to our property but he managed to reverse his trailer right down the track to the property!

We’re in the middle of replacing our front timber decking with composite and initially went with Dino because of the great-looking sample pack—delivered fast and without hassle. That gave me the confidence to go with them despite cheaper alternatives on the market. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. I placed an order for 90 slats costing over £2,000, and when it was delivered, one slat was broken at the corner—still sealed in the pallet. I provided clear photographic evidence, but Dino’s first response was essentially: “Return it at your own cost.” How is a regular person supposed to return a 4-metre-long board? Only after I pushed back in no uncertain terms did they refund me the grand sum of £23. Then came the issue with the trims, ordered on May 10th. These cost £23, with a staggering £30 shipping fee. I had no choice due to colour matching, so I bit the bullet. I got a confirmation that delivery would be within 2–7 working days. Well, it’s now May 22nd—no trims, no update, and no functioning tracking number. When I asked about it, Dino blamed ParcelForce’s "technical issues", but their own website showed no such thing. On May 21st, I wrote to Dino again: “Either give me an estimate of delivery (I don’t care about ParcelForce, I purchased this from you and paid you—not ParcelForce), OR refund the money and I’ll source my materials elsewhere—leaving a very bad taste in my mouth.” No response. Nothing. My decking work is now completely stalled. My builder has left for another project, and I’m left scrambling to find matching trims elsewhere. Here’s the kicker: I am planning a two-level decking at the back, a project easily worth £4,000+ just in slats, not to mention spacers, trims, bullnose edges, and joists. But after this experience? Absolutely no chance. Dino’s premium prices are in no way matched by their service. Once they have your money, you’re on your own.

I ordered the sample pack which arrived promptly and made one call to clarify a question about using the bullnose boards which was answered professionally. Alex delivered my order and was polite and courteous and is a credit to Dino Decking. I’ve yet to install the boards but they look like that will be fine!

I order my decking late lasr summef and a freind layed it for me. It wascthe first time he'd put composite down snd was impressed with the quality of the boards. I wasn't able to use my deck until a few weeks ago but it looks just as good as the day it was built. Good quality, good service , great product.

Sent a sample pack out within two days then followed up with an email offering a quote, requested a quote saying I wanted to order within a few days, heard nothing so requested a quote again but still heard nothing. Tried to phone but was on hold for ages so gave up and ordered from another supplier.

Be careful ordering using the online tool - it over ordered aluminium joists and under ordered bull nose edging. Unfortunately, it is £30 delivery fee for the bullnose edging that we need to finish the job. Also, returns are at my expense which is going to be pricey. Shame that the delivery fees and returns are expensive and not easy.
