Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

We have had the product for about 5 years now and initially all was fine . Overtime there are now large gaps between planks . When we queried how we fix this , we were told it’s natural shrinkage and not covered by the warranty When we asked how and what tool to use use ourselves we were told “ A screwdriver may work, but it would be up to you to choose the correct tool.” Aftercare and support has been very poor and unhelpful

Beautiful product. Seems very weather resilient and in a lovely range of colours. However, the number of trellis panels we would require for our project make the them too expensive for us.

I found these guys online. Made the order and all was confirmed quickly along with a delivery date. Our delivery driver, Andrew, rang the day before and confirmed times etc and was very informative and polite. He turned up on the day as planned, manoeuvred the vehicle well in a tight space and then delivered the ordered items to my property. What a lovely staff member Andrew was. Dino Decking should be proud to have him in their team. Keep up the good work! I haven’t fitted the boards yet but the quality looks good. An all round good experience of a company- thank you Andrew and Dino Decking.

I had given measurements over the phone my measurements were correct but I have been given 10 piece decking and two bags of screws and fitting . I think the company tries to make money by sending extra items which is wrong I have asked other peoples on social media they said they have been shafted by dino decking . I have spoken to them they said I would have to deliver the very long items which I will have to pay and dino decking will reduce by another 10%. Don’t use this company I fell for the fake reviews I will never use them again.

We found this company on the internet after searching for composite decking, and were impressed with the ‘how to’ videos they had. Our old wooden decking had served us well for 25 years but was getting a bit worse for wear, composite seems to be the answer. We’re not getting any younger! A sample pack was ordered and duly arrived, there are some impressive designs in the catalog so once we decide on an idea, we’ll put in an order from this top notch company. Thank you.

Excellent product. What a great price. Had just over 30m². Easy to install and looked superb. Delivery was in a few days of order to Kent and the driver was very helpful as I couldn't be on site. Would definitely use Dino again and would recommend to anyone who requires decking. Thank to a great company.
