Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

I am so impressed with this company. Starting with ease of ordering and fabulous price, to the speed and efficiency of the delivery service, and the quality of the product. The chap was careful and respectful whilst delivering and, all in all, I am one happy customer. It’s not often I will give an unsolicited review as I tend to expect good service. Dino’s decking, however, is an exceptional company.

I requested a sample pack of things I am interested in. It came, and I am very impressed with the quality of Dino Decking items and their informative catalogue too. I require more time to think through my garden project before I contact them for assistance in going forward.

Just received my delivery of decking from Andrew. He called 20 minutes out from delivery which helped with organising at my end. Was able to back onto my drive to get closer to the house - although it was kerbside delivery Andrew helped me to put the decking down the side of the house. This was a massive help. He was absolutely lovely. Great job, happy customer.

My husband and I ordered our fencing materials from this wonderful company Dino. Everything was perfect from ordering on the website to having the goods delivered by Andrew. He called the previous evening to give an indication of ETA for the following day. He was much earlier to my surprise, very friendly and courteous. My order was exactly what I wanted, quality and no damage. So glad I used this company, if I need to use again or recommend, I hope I get Andrew again. Nice guy with a lovely northern accent. Absolutely terrible product, our decking has only been down 18 months and it’s split warped and faded , took apart and replaced one board last year and now we have another 5 split. !! This came highly recommended and we certainly did our research, our workmen were in contact with the company to be sure everything was done according to the correct instructions We are so disappointed,we spent a lot of money, the warranty is an absolute waste of time , would never recommend this company or product to anyone Definitely shop elsewhere!!’
