Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Driver rang before delivery, was courteous and helpful, didn't leave at kerbside but unloaded the decking and placed it where indicated. Not yet fitted but looks robust and good quality.

Product stains & scratches with everyday outdoor life. Animal pee, vomit, bird droppings … you name it , it can’t handle it. Scratches with even light weight plastic on plastic. Very disappointed, wish we had bought another make. Customer service shun off complaints stating they never say it’s scratch or stain resistant when it clearly states it is on their website.

Absolutely horrible customer service, once you have paid dino your money the problems start…the only good thing is their “prices” and the good ends there. Please look elsewhere for peace of mind, they are a hassle to deal with when it comes to returning/customer service/ and as a bonus they charge a lovely 10% restocking fee- plenty of other options that we have now decided to go ahead with

Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional team! Confirmed with the team multiple times by call and email and sent over exact measurements for my garden to be decked. They quoted me x3 the amount from multiple of their team members- after showing them this. There are 10 extra boards, packets of fasteners left NOT just a few, grossly miscalculating everything. On the phone they didn’t bother to call back as they said they would, nor would they acknowledge or apologise for their mistakes even though I have the quotes as a PDF reference all saved highlighting their mistakes. In addition they want me to return the boards as they will not collect them (bear in mind these boards measure 4m) and (I’ve already paid a £60 delivery fee)…as it was their mistake and on top of that..they will charge a 10% restocking fee!! Please be aware everyone when dealing with these individuals it’s evident they have a clear agenda with trying to take advantage of customers and having customers pay for the mistakes the company has made!!! There are a plethora of other composite decking companies who I’m sure are upfront and honest
