Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Very happy with the sample pack I received. Seeing colours in real makes a huge difference when deciding which one to go for. It took us 5minutes to decide. Now waiting for our order to arrive! Can't wait to see the finished project 🙌

After purchase they emailed to say the delivery was the following day. The timeframe was between 7am-8pm. The delivery guy was super friendly and helped us unload the decking. Disappointed that the amount calculated on their website didn't provide the amount to cover the sq metre. I purchased for 3mx3m. I also purchased wastage which included, wasn’t enough. I called support for help and they said they’d call me back as they couldn’t help over the phone. They didn’t call me back. They later emailed to suggest cutting the support to have a smaller space than what I ordered. It doesn’t help that what’s is going on the decking won’t fit. They need to update their calculator or make it clear on the website that the sq metre is NOT guaranteed.

The free samples from Dino were sent within a week, these were helpful to see the quality and colour options in my actual garden with varying light levels. If I continue to pursue my fence replacement Dino products will be diffiently considered.

We ordered £1500 pounds worth of decking and fitted it per instructions. It looked lovely to start with then nearly 2 years after fitting started to crack and splinter. I contacted dino decking who said needed photos of everything to start warranty process. I sent them loads of pictures and still would not take responsibility. Their warranty they claim to have is rubbish. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Their customer service skills are poor and do not care.

Received our decking with a few days of ordering. The delivery driver was great. Only halved finished the job but looking really nice so far. We did have an issue with one of the edging trims, being chipped and they replaced it straight away. Good service, will be back.
