Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

We feel extremely let down by Dino Decking. We purchased a large quantity of decking for our project. When delivered we realised that Dino had Sent us the incorrect colour decking. We have contacted them Twice to be promised it would be replaced on Friday(one week later than the original delivery). We haven’t heard anything about our delivery of the correct colour decking and we are over a week down the line. It feels as if we are an inconvenience and not very apologetic at all ! The customer service has been very disappointing I would have expected it to have been replaced at their earliest convenience as it was their own mistake. We do not recommend Dino Decking.

Had a little problem with delivery. But resolved quickly. Decking and balustrade looks amazing. Really pleased with the finished product.

The fencing was delivered the day after we ordered it. The driver helped us carry the planks and surrounds into the back garden. The fence panels were easy to construct and once installed look stunning. We did buy some clips as the panels went into existing concrete posts and were a little loose. They now don’t move.

I found the ordering process very easy, however I was surprised when 50 fence panels were delivered in an open truck, approx 250 miles with no packaging. Sadly, due to my being over zealous, I failed to check with my builder if this type of fencing would be suitable in my garden, unfortunately it's not. This is where the problems started, they have no transport to return said items, and although I cannot fault "Sarah" at their customer service centre, there's nothing "they" can do to help. She did suggest an agency who put bids out to drivers to collect my order, but the courier quotes are really expensive. I'm currently travelling for work, and hope to find a reasonable way to return the fencing next week.
