Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Excellent product made from quality material's, the delivery was on time and a very polite driver who unloaded on my driveway. As this is a self build product I feel some people would find instructions helpful.

The delivery service is absolutely shocking. My delivery came 1 week and 1 day later than quoted. Dino should be able to be in charge with their own delivery's instead of out sourcing. As a trade person we need to rely on when our deliveries are coming. I won't be using dino again unfortunately

ordered a sample and this was provided extremely promptly, free of charge. The company have been in touch regarding whether we would like a quote however we have opted for wood on this occasion - I wouldn;t however hesitate to get in touch with them again for any composite products.
