Dino Decking is exceptionally well-rated by customers. Customers particularly appreciate service and quality, though some mention concerns about customer service and communication.
Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

It's a shame that despite many calls and e-mails chasing for over a month this company have still not been able to process a refund for the items I returned to the value of ~£220. Had the items been delivered next day as stated on the product page I would have been able to use them and not had to return them at a cost of £20. Currently £240 down. Very poor.

The product was great. Now let's talk about the delivery driver. The man was a legend. He had driven all the way Wigan to Essex. He helped us unload and place all materials in the garage. We were one of a few drops in and around the area. He then had a homeward bound journey back. Fantastic.

The Decking samples are great, we initially thought sage green would be suitable so it was great to see other options in the pack.

Was shocked to discover after a very prompt delivery,i would have to assemble every piece!!! Assembled a few then discovered without applying adhesive when you moved a panel it just fell apart.Stripped, glue applied then you could move them but it's really a job for 2xpeople.The product itself is good, but the guidance& tips on assembly are shameful🙈😭

Ordered decking delivery was first class order wasn't quite right rang to sort it out and was so unhelpful kept getting told not are policy. They were happy to send out the right parts but no to take back the wrong Parts' even though they were delivering to me I was happy to pay for the right part but they just would not tack back the wrong Parts. I was told I woul have to send back via a courier after service poop very poor

Just purchased a pack of five decking from Amazon for a small project and then saw this offer of free samples. I was surprised and pleased with the difference in quality, thickness of construction noticeable, and the price was very close to what I had paid. A good choice of colours too.I will be doing a larger decking in the near future and will be asking for a quote from Dino first.

Ordering delivery etc was quick and easy, little disappointed there no gates available as this an important part of many projects and it's not possible to buy handrails separately.
