Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡
Dino decking’s products are very good but their customer services is horrific. Their delivery times are inaccurate - I was told to expect delivery on a specific Monday. It didn’t turn up. I called later on the Monday afternoon for an update. The employee said the system changed the delivery date and that I’d get the order on Wednesday. Because of their error and lack of communication, I needed to rearrange a day off and pay for my builder to come to the property on Wednesday only for the decking to not turn up again!! When I contacted customer services, they did not have any explanation or care for the fact that I had taken a day off work and paid for the builder to be on site to start their work for only the decking to not turn up. In fact, I was told that the cost incurred were my issue despite the fact that the delivery dates given were not fulfilled by the company at all. As I say, the product itself is good but if you’re able to collect or arrange delivery yourself then you’ll be better off as their customer service was shocking.
