Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

Overall the fencing is brilliant, my only issues are with delivery they tell you that they will email you when it is arriving but do not, delivery driver never rang bell nor knocked on the door so was left insecure for some time after checking cameras. The product could come with instructions on how to put up even if it was basic.

Great service. Ordered a sample pack from a few companies. Chose dino as the product looked and felt the best. Ordered 56 square meters on the Thursday and it was delivered on the Saturday Morning at 7-30am. Andrew the delivery driver helped me unload and put into the garden which was very helpful and obviously not obliged to do. He called the day before to let me know what time for delivery and gave me a 10 minute courtesy call before arriving. Could not fault the service. Thankyou dino decking and Andy 👍

The product is of good quality. However if attempting this as a DIY project it needs some skills or previous experience. Communication during what was required of the delivery did not go smoothly.

I contacted Dino Decking to order. I spoke to Phil. He was really helpful and pleasant. Everything streamlined. Sent quote clicked on the link. Decking etc ordered. Delivery was late however this was not an issue as we do live in a remote area. When I phoned to ask. Again Phil got back to me very quickly. Gave me delivery date. The items appeared at the time and date that they said. Delivery guy very helpful and great care was taken unloading everything. We are at present putting the decking down and it looks fantastic, good quality and easy to install. I did phone a couple of times for advice when installing. Again first class service. I would definitely recommend Dino Decking.
