Ordered sample pack and it was received very quickly. The samples were delivered in a well designed box with 6 samples and a brochure with prices. Will definitely order from Dino decking in September when I have the site cleared.
Great product which was delivered the following day, driver really helpful. Had to order additional cladding which I picked up myself, just typed in order number then waited outside, helpful chap took it to my vehicle and off I went.
Incorrect bullnose edging delivered
have had a delivery of composite decking boards delivered and it has become apparent now they are fitted that they are covered in scratches. I appreciate they are only scratch resistant but there are scratches everywhere and they are brand new. I contacted Dino decking support and they fobbed me off blaming the fitter. I would definitely not recommend this company. I am now worried how the decking with fair with time as their warranty is clearly worthless 😡

The product is excellent and delivery was on time however as per the process I never received a call prior to delivery. The delivery guys kindly offloaded the materials at the side of my house however blocked my side door which i had to take off to move the materials into the back garden.

I ordered the sample pack, and the quality, colours and whole package look amazing. I was then contacted and offered a no obligation quote for the project in such a professional way,as I was feeling no pressured after the sample delivery, they allowed me a week to shop around.Thank you, looking forward to your quote for our gazebo!

delivery was very speedy and the gentleman very careful and considerate when unpacking the trailer. The delivery man explained how to erect the fencing and was very informative. A company which I will seriously recommend - great delivery and was executed with care and consideration. Well done to the delivery man - you had a great sense of humour as well!!!
