While the facilities are nice, I was not impressed with the customer service. The staff seemed rushed and didn't give us the attention we needed during such an emotional time. Several phone calls went unreturned.

The funeral director was especially patient with our questions and guided us through the process with genuine care. While the costs were higher than expected, the quality of service made it worthwhile.

Highly recommend during such a vulnerable time.
