DermaWand stopped working properly.

I have had the DermaWand less than a year. I don't overuse it. I take good care of the device. It hasn't been dropped or abused in any way. The device is losing its strength. I put it to the highest setting, and I can hardly feel the sensation it is supposed to give. I feel it is not worth what I paid for it.
