DermaWand Reviews

I asked for an immediate refund when I received DERMAWALL or dermawave. It was a small flimsy cheap plastic wand available for £5 in China sold to me for £49.99. They refused a refund. They first said if it had been opened or handled it could not be refunded. When I said it's still in its original packaging they said I had to 1. Use it first 2 record my progress of using it on video daily to prove it's been used!!; They said if I could then prove it has no effect they would refund it. BUT IT HAS TO BE UNOPENED AND NOT HANDLED !!!! THEY HAVE OUTRIGHT REFUSED A REFUND even though I said I would return it at my own cost. These are scammers and should be closed down. Date JULY 2025

Have been useing dermawand for approx 15/20 years ,,believe it's so good have a spare ,,tighten ,lift your skin at home perfect ,,

zero if it was possible, dangerous and no refund as guaranteed on their website.

This product is rubbish - I followed the instructions to the letter & it does not work at all. The reviews on the website are fake & the people selling it are scammers. Do not waste your money on this shit !!!

Does does nothing, I don’t know where they get the reviews on there sight from, doesn’t look anything like the ad

The first Dermawand Pro I purchased was faulty and I had to return to the supplier and got the normal Dermawand! as the months have moved on The Dermawand that was swapped is also now packing in!! Totally disappointed in Dermawand Quality! Why bother making inferior quality items that are so expensive and only last for 9 Months!! TOTALLY DISGUSTED AND UNHAPPY :-( and would appreciate feedback!!

Hello, This is my first review of a product. Honestly I’m torn with the rating I give because I think it’s a good product for me —When It Works. And that is the biggest problem. I have purchased full price about four Dermawands. I started with the regular strength then upgraded to the “PRO”. I loved the results. I use it once a day each morning. I had to replace the Pro version twice now as its strength decreases after about four months of use. I send the company a video, explain that its strength has diminished dramatically and suddenly. They say they are sending me new devices, not refurbished but I’m starting to be skeptical because once again, the latest PRO wand I was sent has diminished power. I purchased the extra warranty but when I call they make me feel like, “That’s impossible, it must be how you are storing it or where you are plugging it in “. I store it in the silver zippered pouch AND the box it shipped in , away from any shower or bath . I had to send the last one back and I have to keep paying shipping for the replacement wand. I don’t think that is right especially when I purchased the extended warranty . So here I am again, noticing the power is so much less than when I first got the wand. I will have to send a video, wait for an email, call customer service just to hear that it’s got to be something on my end and not their product. After reading other reviews I’m thinking it’s the product.

I got one for a gift, very limited use and it stopped working in less than a year!! Junk

Honestly shocking customer service!!! I have changed my mind and I have emailed them four times to get a returns address to return the product but I have had no answer!! I will never order from this company again!!!

This product is a waste of time and money. I believe any positive reviews are paid lies. I kept contacting them for how to do return and they would not answer. Only after getting credit card involved did they reply. They got it back within a month. They promised return but they are still withholding it. This is now lots of time and energy. They are stealing my return money.

My mom gave me her unused Dermawand still in its original packaging and it’s not working

I've used the wand regularly and for long periods and focused on on one area and see absolutely no difference to my skin at all. It simply does not work. It does nothing. Total waste of time and money.

Used March for 8 months, no noticeable results so then stored in drawer. Started to use again April 10th. Worked OK 2 days, then next day power does not increase past level 1. It's out of warranty even it has not been overly used. Customer service say: 1. Company no longer has a service or repair facility. 2. Nobody in CS could say what the fault might be. 3. They do not recommend I do anything myself. 4. First offered $50 discount, declined 5. Then offered discount to bring sale to $119.99 + tax. Unlikely I will buy another. Results are marginal if any. I have noted the huge quantity of emails saying that this DermawandPro doesn't work for more than 4/5 months.

I have had to contact dermawand CS five times as the wands were only working for about four to five month, each time I got a replacement I was more gentle incase it stopped working again. The one year warranty is useless if the have to keep getting a replacement every three to for month as the strength is so weak it not doing anything. Each time a new video is sent and having to explain the same thing over and over again is ridiculous. The first original dermawand still works not not too strong the new ones are stronger in static but only good for three to four months before the strength is useless. They should stand behind their product and give two to three years knowing the product is being manufactured with cheap poor components. "After posting the above, I was contacted by customer service who stated that it was unusual, as the Dermawand usually lasted for years. She then asked for the number on the side of the Dermawand, which I provided, as it was always the request from customer service. However, over a month has passed, and still, not a single reply. It seems it was a tactic to make me believe they were concerned, but looking at the remarks of others, it has been a very popular problem. Having said that, the Dermawand does work, but only lasting for four months is not acceptable.

I have never received my parcel. I have emailed them so many times. I'm disgusted the way they don't reply, I think it could be a scam

I need to ask can I use derma wand , I have stents and ishemic heart disease, is it safe to use ??

It stopped working after 4 months. They require a video to prove I'm not lying. I wanted a refund, but that choice is only good for the first 30 days, which should have been a red flag. Now they require me to call so they can charge me more money to send a new one. Their customer service hours do not work for me, I'm a teacher and do not have time to make personal phone calls from work. They refuse to help me through email.. Am disgusted, that was $250 thrown out the window

I have been using the Dermawand pro twive a day for 3 months. Initially I thought my skin looked fresher but fif the past month i honestly think I look worse esoecially my neck that I have really concentrated on. It looks far worse and I have followed the excercises and instructions to the erletter. My skin looks crepeie. Will stok using it now and hope it improve

I was going to buy one. However after reading these reviews I've changed my mind. Can anyone recommend the best thing in face care for sun damaged skin? I tanned when I was younger and quit. However now I'm paying for it at 68. I look a lot older than I really am. Any suggestions? I've wasted so much money on products that say they do certain things and it's not true.
