Goods arrived on time and with a 10% discount for my next purchase, how good is that!!!!

Be aware that even though an item may show as in stock, and they take your order; I even paid for the faster shipping option; that means nothing. The item may well not be in stock and then they just sit on the order without telling you. It was only when I queried why the order was still pending and had not been dispatched that they admitted they had no stock and were hoping to acquire some in 3 weeks time! Terrible way to run a business. I've never known anything like it. They weren't even going to tell me about the delay! Get a better stock control system to reflect on your website and communicate better with your customers. Awful. Avoid.

Good product, delivery took a bit longer than I thought

Ordered a week ago, 1st class postage. Got an email to do this review, yet our order has not even turned up yet. Hopefully it'll show up soon.
