Good value and prompt

I have used dental direct several times. On a couple of occasions and would award 4/5 stars other than ther have been glitches at the purchasing stage. O none occasion it ended up not being possible to complete an online transaction. On this occasion the transaction would not complete. Unfortunately I presumed it had so didn't know for a couple of days that I hadn't actually completed a purchase.

The cost of postage was more than the actual cost to the company and I have an excessive number of emails following a simple transaction
