Ordered interspace replacement heads for my oral b toothbrush and was sent wrong type, unfortunately did not check properly when received and only realised when I recently came to use them.

Good product postage was a bit steep though

This was my first purchase from this company. I only ordered 2 items and paid 2nd class post. Nearly a week after my order I receive a message telling me that my order will take yet another 7 to 10 days. Then they recommend another product. I am not confident I will purchase from this company again.
