Kia Bolton absolute rubbish

Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

DM Kieth Kia Leeds.

DM Kieth Kia Leeds. Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car. He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past. Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out. The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward . I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.

I would have given them a 5 star review…

I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down . I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk . After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie ! He sorted it out with flying colours, excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional. Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done . Well done Bobbie. And thank you !

Don't bother

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

Need to vet their dealers better.

I have owned many cars in the past, i currently own 6, the latest came from Kia stourbridge. IT WAS THE MOST STRESSFUL EXPERIENCE EVER. i booked a vewing online, recived a call back imediately to confirm, so far so good. But when i went to view the car, it took them an hour to bring it out. i agreed that i wanted the car paid a deposit and told them i would pick it up in two days time. two hours pior to collection, i`m told the car isn`t ready so ended up collecting it at closing time. i felt rushed to sign paperwork without having chance to read it. and then had to chase them for the money some three weeks later for the car i traded in, because they hadn`t got the paperwork right. Luckily my local KIA dealership are better organised.

Dealer relieved my car of all it's petrol.

My Caren's developed a fault with the central locking. Bought it into the ashford dealer, they fixed the fault after 2 days but when I picked the car up the petrol tank was totally empty. It had gone in on a full tank but when I picked it up, all gone.

The customer service is appalling

The customer service is appalling I have emailed them 3 times and received one generic response saying how rest their warranty is. Well your warranty may be great but my car is leaking and The Kia garage I took my car to barely looked at my car and were more interested in selling me oil to keep in my boot I am still in the process of complaining to these cowboys but I doubt anything will happen because they don’t know what customer service is.

Avoid buying a Kia !!

Bought a new Kia Sportage , broke down after 6 days and had to be recovered from my home , totally unacceptable ! Such poor service , such a poor product and to top it off I received £75 to spend with Kia as a good will gesture ! My advice is to shop else where , you might get a 7 year warranty but my car didn’t last 7 days before I needed to use it !! Poor !!

stay away from Kia motors

Cut a long story short SUTTON PARK MOTOR COMPANY LTD, 318 HOLBROOK LANE, COVENTRY, CV6 4DG. was the garage involved in leasing me a Kia vehicle. 11 months later I found that they had put the wrong registration plates on the vehicle. After two days of running round sorting tax, insurance and the correct plates it was all I could do to get them to pay for the new plates. Not only was the franchise garage not interested, the main Kia HQ were also not interested in the slightest. I will never go near another Kia and will ensure as many people are away of the Sutton Kia garage and Kia in general

Told just get a refund and go elsewhere

I ordered my Kia in the beginning of December and was told delivery was going to be on the 6/1/19. I was told 4 days later 16/1/19 I explained I would not have a car and I was told it would not be a problem. We both signed a contract and Kia have not up held this. I was then told before Christmas they do not know the expected date and 1: just get a refund and go elsewhere 2: no I couldn’t have a courtesy car. They aren’t just laying around 3; I am the salesman’s only problem 4:’kept waiting 4 days for a call and having to call them each time 5: they will call me when they know 6: just take the grey one on the forecourt as the blue one I ordered has been deleyed. I have been made to feel like I am A problem and all I wanted to know is a date because I need to know a delivery date. I have to get to work and no one has any customer services at Kia aylesford or wants to help me out.

Kia Stirling dont use them

My first service visit here a year ago left me with a large bill for not a lot, a damaged locking wheel nut tool and a 2 hour wait in a corner of their draughty showroom next to the toilets while they got my car ready, thats the car they said was ready 2 hours before. My second experience, giving them a second chance, was booking an mot and service. I mentioned that i needed the car back later for getting to work but instead of telling me they do all they can to do that the guy immediately went on the negative of “oh 6 year old car with 47k if it fails it cant go on the road” reply. Then £250 for a sat nav update! No thanks Kia Stirling I’ll go elsewhere, your service stinks. Booked it into a local service centre where they did the mot no problem, were pleasant and i got my car back.

2016 Kia Rio worst car and worst…

2016 Kia Rio worst car and worst service infrastructure there is. They are happy to take your money but want any service in a timely manner and forget it. Their "Warranty" is completely useless, may as well use it for toilet paper.
