Kia Bolton absolute rubbish

Kia Bolton absolute rubbish. Went in in March 2024 to buy a car but the system was down so promised a call back, and 16 months later it still never happened so I bought it somewhere else, now trying to BUY a service plan and promised a call from the service team, 7 days later still no call. Speak to Kia customer service and they send you to the dealer who never call back. If this is the service they offer when I am trying to buy something imagine how bad it would be if I had an issue. I have had 4 Kia's now and this will be my last one

DM Kieth Kia Leeds. Absolute pleasure from ordering to picking up my new car. Tony was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and explained fully how the Motability Scheme works and how it would help me to purchase my new car. He was instrumental in me choosing this route , as it had always worried me in the past. Tony kept me informed regularly regarding when the car would arrive and when the adaptation work would be carried out. The whole experience has been stress free and very straightforward . I love the new Kia Sportage and would highly recommend the Leeds Kia dealership to anyone who wants an excellent buying experience.

I would have given them a 5 star review except for the fact that one person at the desk let them down . I had a front camera replaced and when the work was don , the bumper was not put on straight . Had words with a certain individual that worked on the desk . After trying to sort out the mess , I finally had a call from the service manager Bobbie ! He sorted it out with flying colours,excellent service ,polite to the point and extremely professional. Hopefully the of his staff will take note of how it should be done . Well done Bobbie. And thank you !

Don't bother

Today Monday 7th I walked into kia bristol to look at the price of a brand new picanto .I wandered around the showroom giving the salesmen plenty of time to acknowledge me AND NOTHING. I WONT BE BUYING A NEW CAR AT THIS DEALER.( shocking service) GO ELSEWHERE.

Shocking service - I'm not impressed

I just bought a Kia Sportage second-hand and on day 3 the engine started cutting out when slowing down to a stop (with clutch in). I spoke to the dealership and they want to charge me £130 to perform a test - the car is 3 years old and still within the 7 year warranty. I've agreed to pay, but the earliest they can book me in is mid January. Shocking service - I'm not impressed

VOID VOID VOID!!! If there was 0 stars i would give that. Do not buy a kia car or take it to kia ever. They have messed me around, had my car for WEEKS, wont give courtesy car ever. Worst company in the world. My wife is 8 months pregnant, nan in hospital, they held my car with no repair and delay after delay. They do NOT CARE ABOUT YOU 1%

Kia car good but no 3pin Cable for 2023 models

I bought the ev6 an amazing car and would love to give five star but lose two star as disappointed with kia UK. This msg to Kia UK why you stopped giving ev cable charge with 3 pin for 2023 models?? Is this a cost cutting issue or lack of stock. All ev cars give two cables it is not about buying online but principle.. If you sell ev cars than give two ev cables please.....

2018 Picanto GT Line S.

I have a 2018 Picanto GT Line S which I bought new. It has had an electrical fault since 2020 which drains the battery if the car is not regularly used. The car has been in and out of Chapelhouse, Warrington for the last 3 yearsand they are unable to fix it.The Car has now been with them for 9 months since March this year.I cannot sell the Car or use it overnight and have lost 3 years depreciation. Think before you buy.

Kia is the brand of the future. Back by a year 10 year100-mile warranty, they offer more bang for your buck. Honda and Toyota also good cars but more expensive for less options.

I will never buy another car now I have…

I will never buy another car now I have a Kia. The service that is given is amazing. The team are friendly, knowledgeable, ensuring they meet your needs and not pushy at all. After visiting another dealership Kia really stand out as the best! Nothing was to much trouble, they go above and beyond. Handover of the car is very thorough. Kia owes me money

I will never purchase a vehicle through any Kia dealership. I purchased my car in January of 2022 and on September 28th I lost my car from hurricane Ian. I had an extended warranty on my car. I was told I would be mailed a check which I never received. It’s been over a year. Every time I call there I’m getting the run around. That is definitely not fair when a company owes you money and they don’t want to pay the customer back. It’s kind of like yeah I’m not going to make my car payment for a year because I don’t feel like it’s necessary. They screwed me over. If anyone knows of any good attorney that can help me with this I would really appreciate it.

Warranty a waste of time

Car less than 2 years old and the injector gone faulty, Kia offer 7 year warranty so contacted local Warrington dealer who said can't book in contact Bolton Kia 50 miles away, they are unable to do anything for 2 months, the car is in limp mode so unable to use (struggles get upto 20mph) so not sure how suppose get to Bolton at that speed. I now don't have a car to get to work and back for 2 months. If you rely on your car then a Kia is not for you.

very poor service

This is the second time my sensors have failed on my Kia Sportage. Purchased from new in 2022, it was in three times to repair it. I phones twice with no response only they would contact me. I waited 24 hours then booked it on line. I get a response, 6 weeks to service and investigate. Last service (a) states a tyre pressure test. All tyres on leaving Bells Northampton were between 30 and 33, where it is recommended at 36 psi. Makes me wonder if it was just a tick box exercise. I will never buy from Bells again
