Love my Cubcadet riding mower. Cuts evenly and handles my 2-acre property with ease.

Been using Cubcadet for my landscaping business for over 3 years now. Their mowers are reliable and the service team is always responsive when I need parts or repairs. The zero-turn mowers have saved me so much time on larger properties. Only complaint is that parts can be a bit pricey, but the quality justifies the cost.

The mower itself is fantastic and has never let me down in 4 years of use. My only gripe is that routine maintenance costs more than I expected, especially oil changes and blade sharpening at the dealer.

The mower quality is definitely there - built tough and performs well. Service experience has been hit or miss depending on which technician I get. Some are very knowledgeable, others seem rushed and don't fully address concerns.

Had an issue with my mower deck and called their support line. The technician walked me through the troubleshooting process and even sent out a replacement part at no charge. This is how customer service should be done. The mower runs like new again.
