The agents were very helpful, however they didn't honour the price they advertised and rang us back after we booked the flight on line to say that the flight would cost us significantly more, so we cancelled the booking.

Crystal Travel were hugely helpful when I was having trouble booking a long-distance return flight. An agent spoke to me and helped me through the booking process, making extremely wise suggestions in some cases. I felt well looked after and feel I made good choices ultimately because of their help. I would highly recommend Crystal Travel and will be using them again for my future travel.

Since I used Crystal Travel 3 years ago for airfares ,I became their regular customer online. I travel to Philippines once a year since I retired and the longer i stay with them the more I get extra on best seat ,layover period and added baggage weight for the same price.Thanks to Stella Steven for the patient service online.
