Harris was so helpful in providing as many possible options as he could find to ensure we were receiving the most cost effective and ideal option for our honeymoon booking to Turks & Caicos. I always use Crystal Travel to book my flights to the US and now to the Caribbean too. He also explored lots of hotel options for us, and was very diligent in briefing us on all travel guidance necessary.

We have recently booked a long haul trip with crystal , with the invaluable assistance of Ronald. Nothing was too much trouble for him( even contacting me back on his days off). No pressurised sales pitch, very reassuring and understanding when we voiced our concerns about making a substantial payment to a person we did not know( being aware of scam call etc). I was looking for flights for 3 adults to Kuala Lumpur after spending quite a bit of time browsing various sites and getting messed about with various add on packages etc I came across Crystal Travel. The help and assistance in making the decision and also the keenly priced flights was a big plus. Nothing was too much trouble when I needed questions answering. Ultimately, we are part of an Expedition going out to Sarawak and the Mulu cave system.

My flight kept on getting re scheduled but upon calling the travel agency. Arbaz has been very accommodating and helpful, rescheduling my flight.
