Smooth process booking flight

I tried to book a flight at short notice and kept being transferred back to the start up screen. Within 2 min an agent called me back and explained the situation and helped me book the ticket. During the engagement with the agent, they were very knowledgeable and patient and waited for all confirmations to come through. Additionally I got a courtesy call a little later to ensure I received my tickets and that I didn't have any other questions. Simply a great experience.

Sandy was great, helped me every step of the way. At one point I had a bit of a panic and wasn’t sure if the company was Legit even though I had researched. Think that was just down to handing over such a large sum of money. Sandy was great though and reassured me and walked me through everything so that I could see the company was genuine. My flights are confirmed and I’m very happy with the service I received. I can’t wait to get in that plane to Aus to see my family.
