Die Busfahrt dahin war recht oke , nur waren die Tage danach recht anstrengend. Zum einen waren wir viel zu früh da und der Check in war für uns anscheinend 15 Uhr. Nur verschob sich das dann auch auf 15:30. Wir waren nun mal schon 8 Uhr da sind dann alle in die Stadt und hatten nicht mal eine verstau Möglichkeit für unsere Koffer , welche sie uns aufjedenfall geben müssten. Unsere Reiseleiterin war auch nicht Vorort und hatte uns nur kurze bis keine Antwort gegeben.Außerdem wussten wir kurz davor nicht mal wie das Aparment überhaupt heißt und wo es liegt. Solche Informationen hätte sie uns früher geben können. Als wir in den Apartments waren , ging die Dusche nicht wirklich und das Wasser ist immer übergelaufen. Außerdem war das Waschbecken in der Küche beschädigt und hat getröpfelt. Wir mussten mehrfach anfragen für eine Reparatur .Erst nach mehreren Tagen haben wir dann nur eine Reparatur für den Waschbecken in der Küche bekommen. Bei der Dusche wurde nichts gemacht. Die nächsten Tage verliefen oke. Unsere Reiseleiterin( Melina) , war eher fokussiert auf die Jungs von unserem Kurs als auf die Fahrt an sich. Sie hatte immer vorgespielt ,dass sie so betrunken sei ,obwohl sie nicht mal etwas wirkliches getrunken hatte. Irgendwie peinlich. Man merkt ihr an , dass sie nun mal nicht viel Erfahrung hat und recht jung ist für den Job. Für mich sollten Reiseleiter älter sein und einfach nicht alles so locker aufnehmen. Am letzten Tag wurden einfach Mitschüler vergessen , weil sie nicht hinbekommen hatte einmal durchzuzählen und darauf zu achten dass alle vollständig sind, weil es eben zu ihrer Aufgabe gehört. Auch wurde uns von den vergessenen Mitschüler berichtet , dass Melina nicht mal wirklich denen half und wir denen helfen mussten. sie hat einfach quasi den Mitschüler dem Schicksal überlassen. An sich war die Fahrt zurück mittelmäßig und nicht wirklich anders als die Hinfahrt. Das einzige Gute an der Fahrt war dass der Busfahrer bei McDonald’s beide Male gestoppt hatte. Lg

Caroline Diaz was so helpful in assisting me. At first she was able to add another adult seat to our original booking and get a seat on the row behind. However, Caroline wanted to see if we could all sit together and she contacted the airline and managed to get blocked seats unblocked so we can all travel together on our 4 flights to Australia. She went above and beyond in my opinion. Thank you Caroline.
