Couldn't book a flight online…
I tried to book a flight at short notice and kept being transferred back to the start up screen. Within 2 min an agent called me back and explained the situation and helped me book the ticket. During the engagement with the agent, they were very knowledgeable and patient and waited for all confirmations to come through. Additionally I got a courtesy call a little later to ensure I received my tickets and that I didn't have any other questions. Simply a great experience.
