Bought 3 items from the Outlet. Items not as described. Returned with the understanding the £6.99 paid for postage would also be refunded but that's not the case. The postage is hight so buying multiple items makes it worth spending that much - most places offer free shipping and returns but not Cruise. Can't contact them via email or phone so you can only use Chat. Chat has untrained people who do not know what customer service is. I was offered 10% with free shipping with my next order but that does not work on sale items - what's the point of using 10% on full priced items??!! Rating of 2 as I kept one item from the 3 ordered. Would've kept other 2 if they were as described.

So after an abysmal service from Cruise Fashion regarding a recent order that they screwed up not once but twice. A call had been arranged for today and 13.30pm to address the issue and no surprise, the call did not happen !! This is no way to treat customers who purchase a considerable amount of good from you !! PULL YOUR FINGER OUT CRUISE and treat your customers better !!!
Shoes pelling off after having them on 3 times, company not interested in helping. Poor customer service - Will not be using again.

You cancelled an item from my order and still charged me the complete shipping amount. I do realise that you charge a flat shipping fee but it’s viable for me when it’s spread across multiple items. If you cancel an item, the right thing would be to waive the shipping fee. Update : I received a blank email from customer service with no case ID, so I have no idea how they plan to make this right. Update : it’s been 2 weeks and still no response to my emails to them, or the previous update.
Moved address, amended it on the website, had the right address on PayPal, but somehow had both my old address & new address mixed into one, like some auto fill AKA broken !!

My order was processed as United Kingdom instead of United states. They don't have a contact us form to help change the order.
I spent over £200 an was charged £5 for delivery and also £5 for the return delivery after I decided not to keep the trainers, this is totally unacceptable as with any other major retailer you get free delivery and free returns these guys are taking the piss
