Ordered an item from the website, allowed me to add to the basket and checkout. At no point did it say the item was out of stock. Confirmation order received via email. Within 5 minutes a further email advising the item was now out of stock and I have to wait 2-5 days for a refund. I’ve now had to pay again from another seller, which was not a small amount might I add, meaning I am out of pocket due to having to wait 2-5 days for a refund. Very poor service, won’t be using this website again. JUST TO ADD TO THIS - I was told I would receive a refund in 2-5 days. It has been 7 days and still no refund. I have contacted them daily since day 5 and they’ve done nothing but fob me off. Even going as far as saying I failed security checks as the reason I haven’t received my money back!! My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from here, DONT DO IT!

Paid for next day delivery - order was cancelled. Still not had refund after 3 days. Re ordered (it was a gift) next day delivery again. Then got email with a free next day delivery code and told order is held up. States will be with me next day. (Saturday today) thought ok I can live with that. Then delayed further will be Monday before it arrives now too late. Not a great experience.

I bought a watch from here and received it with a dead battery, I chose to get the battery replaced, to return it meant it would not be back in time for my granddaughters birthday, I paid 25.95 for the battery and requested they reimburse me for the price of the battery, they refused. I would have expected as a gesture of good will because they sold me a faulty product that they would have settled this no problem, but no......AVOID! Really poor customer service

Disgusting £6.99 charge to deliver a t-shirt? Same disgusting £6.99 charge to deliver in store to collect it, absolutely shameless, how they can get away with this and as student this is completely unacceptable shame on Frasers and related companies

on hold for over 50 minutes regarding complaints, 1 missing item and 2 others completely wrong. Promised manager call back but they did not.. COMPLETELY USELESS COMPANY and no care about service.

Purchased an item on the 5th of august and paid next day delivery with DPD. Got an order confirmation email, but when i click on ‘View your order” it brings me to my profile where i have no orders visible at all! The money is taken from the gift card, no one replies from customer care,and no updates about the shipping at all! What the hell is going on? Should i report this to action fraud?
