You cancelled an item from my order and…
You cancelled an item from my order and still charged me the complete shipping amount. I do realise that you charge a flat shipping fee but it’s viable for me when it’s spread across multiple items. If you cancel an item, the right thing would be to waive the shipping fee. Update : I received a blank email from customer service with no case ID, so I have no idea how they plan to make this right. Update : it’s been 2 weeks and still no response to my emails to them, or the previous update.
