Excellent choice of clothing and service to match
I made an online purchased but realised that I didn't change my delivery address as I have shifted to a new place. tried sending emails to you but till now no reply and u guys shipped my items to the wrong address instead of making ammendment to send to the right address provided in the email. Unresponsive.
I ordered this for next day delivery and paid £12:00 for this. But your courier let you down, well done DPD. So you really need to be sorting this with them. Thankfully your customer service was most helpful and refunded my delivery payment. But I isn’t get the service I was expecting.

My item was sent out in quick time. I changed delivery with DPD to a drop off location as I always do. It was supposed to be here 29th may. Then 30th may. Then 31st may. Now DPD have it held in Newcastle depot with no signs of an update. (Edit) Just found out my order has been lost by DPD. Maybe time to use a different courier service
