Ordered two identical Polo shirts (one white one black) both were in stock. The white one arrived on Monday morning and the black one arrived late Friday I wanted to buy these items in store however not at a 20% mark up on the online price from the same company no wonder the High Street stores are closing down.

I ordered a Canada Goose jacket and a pair of boots just because the boots were at a good price. A few minutes after I received the order confirmation email I received another email that the jacket was cancelled. Now I only received the boots which I didn't need anyway. I should mention that when I put the jacket in the basket it was mentioned that there were 10 more available. Very disappointing. First experience with Cruise and probably the last.

Do not ship to Europe but validate the order...

I am very dissatisfied because I ordered Barbour products and after paying, I realized that Cruise Fashion, which is part of the Fraser Group, does not ship internationally, contrary to what the website suggested (I noticed that "France" was automatically replaced by "UK" after validation. When I called, they told me I had to order from Flannels, another website that's identical in every way except it ships to Europe... but this is nowhere mentioned! Is it really that complicated to remove the international page and the validation process?). Now my order is being sent who knows where, and I have to wait for it to return to the sender before I can get a refund! And since I ordered from Flannels too, I have more than 500 euros out now (they could not swich my order to Flannels which also belongs to Fraser Group, so I had to order again)! March 3rd: additional information here... I have had no answers to my previous emails so I don't see the point to answer by mail again. The update is as follows: while you told me on the phone that the package would be travelling around the UK and then return to you, I received a message from Chronopost, your contact in France, asking me to pay 93.50 euros in customs fees! So I have two orders now: one order from you, which according to your statements should not have been delivered to me since you no longer deliver internationally, and one from Flannels! Of course, I will refuse this order and, as requested by email (which remains unanswered), I expect a FULL refund of my order." Update one month later: still waiting from my refund. Opened a dispute on Paypal.

Payed for next day delivery and it took 2 days to come they did email with a voucher but I feel I should have got a refund of the difference

Poorly organised circus this lot

I have never received items in such poor condition until I used this store. Ordered a hoodie (represent) this stunk of damp to the point it was sickening. Then the converse I ordered the box was destroyed and inside a tatty damaged pair of high tops. They aren’t a high end outfit they are absolute cowboys don’t waste your money, annoying they get away with this Also their customer service is non existent.

Bought same pair of trainers twice and both were defective

Staff are lovely however purchased a pair of trainers in the Glasgow store and got home to find they were faulty, managed to return them and get a refund so bought the same pair of trainers again, got home and found the second pair to be defective as well! They are the last ones left in stock at the store in the gift recipients size, so will have to do unfortunately! Can’t find if there is any way to attach pics 🙂

Bought jeans

Bought jeans, don't fit, want to return them. Been trying to get their returns system to accept the order number for almost 2 weeks now! It just says they're aware of the problem... So I have another 2 weeks to be within the 30 days and I suppose then they will say it is too late! Oh yes very clever... I notice that Cruise is now Frasers which is now Sports Direct. A good way to finance your takeovers!

Customer service is terrible!!

Customer service is terrible!! Offers don’t come when the say they have sent it. On Questions about the trip you get only answers on half of them. Then they inform they have not given the right price, as without flights, and comes with new correct offer! Then you have to as 3 times if there is twin bed possibilities. Someone called John is sending the mails. Useless. We think we try other river cruises instead, like Viking

I was told twice by customer services…

My initial review was 1 star however customer service were very efficient and offered me a voucher to spend with Cruise and also a doscount. Excellent result I was told twice by customer services that the evoucher would be emailed to me. I had placed the order on Monday and still waiting for it to arrive on Thursday. Really poor service.

No answer when trying to contact…

No answer when trying to contact customer service! I wanted to cancel the order 5 minutes after placing it. Not possible! - Update: Received the wrong item. After a couple of days of complicated discussions, I had to pay the return label in order to get it paid back afterwards (which happened).

Never using again

Never using again. Clothes arrived looking second hand without original packaging. Then the voucher gift card refund is invalid and customer services offshore without a clue. Still chasing 200 pounds. Never again
