Ordered an item from the website
Ordered an item from the website, allowed me to add to the basket and checkout. At no point did it say the item was out of stock. Confirmation order received via email. Within 5 minutes a further email advising the item was now out of stock and I have to wait 2-5 days for a refund. I’ve now had to pay again from another seller, which was not a small amount might I add, meaning I am out of pocket due to having to wait 2-5 days for a refund. Very poor service, won’t be using this website again. JUST TO ADD TO THIS - I was told I would receive a refund in 2-5 days. It has been 7 days and still no refund. I have contacted them daily since day 5 and they’ve done nothing but fob me off. Even going as far as saying I failed security checks as the reason I haven’t received my money back!! My advice to anyone thinking of ordering from here, DONT DO IT!
